My 10 Minute Makeup Routine.

Mornings can be busy and stressful… We’ve all been there, whether you’ve overslept or have kiddos you’re trying to get out the door, you need a quick but flawless makeup routine. As a busy mom I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the mirror in the morning so I’ve perfected a super quick makeup routine that keeps me looking put together all day. Scroll down to see how you can achieve this 10 minute makeup routine (and yes, I’ve timed myself!).

For the Face

Start with a good face cream, your face needs hydration first thing in the morning. I like to use a face cream with SPF in it. Once you have your face cream on then I apply a small amount of primer, just on my line areas: eyes, forehead, etc. I love Smashbox primer, but I just picked up this budget friendly face primer: maybelline master prime. Then I apply a bit of concealor to my under eye area to brighten it up and any blemishes I have. I use Relvon photoready concealer. Then I use YoungBlood’s natural loose mineral foundation all over my face. After foundation I take my bronzer and use it to do a bit of contouring around my cheeks and forehead. I then finish it with Youngblood’s pressed mineral blush on my cheeks.

Eyes and Lips

Once my face is done, I fill in my eyebrows with maybelline brow pencil. Then I use Mac highlighter to highlight the corner of my eyes and the tops of my cheek bones and nose bone. Now Mascara, I use Revlon eyelash curler to get my lashes looking longer, then apply 2 coats of maybelline lash sensational mascara. Once my eyes are done I apply a quick coat of Stila Stay all day liquid lipstick (or whichever lipstick/gloss I’m loving). And that’s it! Once you have this routine down you’ll be surprised at how quickly you can get this flawless look within minutes!
